Living in Maryam Island

Maryam Island is a waterfront community on the coast of Sharjah, in the Al Khan area, developed by Eagle Hills with Sharjah Holding. It combines apartment buildings, a beach, a promenade, shops and restaurants, all close to the centre of Sharjah.

It is one of the few places in Sharjah where you can live right on the water in a new building. Residents are mostly professionals and families who want sea views and a walkable waterfront at prices well below similar homes in Dubai.

The waterfront promenade has cafés, restaurants and shops, and residents can walk along the beach in the evenings. Buildings are modern, with pools, gyms and parking, and many apartments have balconies facing the sea or the lagoon. The island is close to Al Majaz Waterfront and the centre of Sharjah.

Property types

Studios to four bedroom apartments in mid and high rise waterfront buildings. New buildings are still being completed.
