Living in Al Marjan Island

Al Marjan Island is a group of man made islands off the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, next to Al Hamra Village. It is lined with beaches and resort hotels, and it has become one of the busiest property markets outside Dubai because of the Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, which is being built on the island.

Some apartment buildings are finished and lived in, while many new towers are being built and sold off plan. Residents enjoy beach life, sea views and a calm pace, with Dubai within about an hour by car.

Many apartments have direct views of the sea.
