Living in the Safa Park area

The Safa Park area covers Al Safa and Al Wasl, the neighbourhoods around Safa Park between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Wasl Road. The park itself is one of the most loved in Dubai, with lakes, running tracks and wide lawns, and the streets around it are lined with villas.

Along Sheikh Zayed Road, new towers such as Safa One and Safa Two by DAMAC are adding apartments with views over the park and the Dubai Water Canal. It is a central, green and established place to live, a few minutes from Downtown and the beach.

Safa Park itself has lakes, lawns, sports courts, a running track and play areas, and it is busy with families and runners in the cooler months. The villa streets around it are quiet, while the new towers along Sheikh Zayed Road bring city views and modern facilities.
