Emaar South is an Emaar master community inside Dubai South, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and Expo City Dubai. It is built around an 18 hole championship golf course, with townhouses, villas and apartment buildings set in green, well planned neighbourhoods.
Many homes are finished and lived in, including the Urbana townhouses, Golf Views apartments and Parkside villas, while newer phases are still being delivered. It offers an Emaar home at a much lower price than the established villa areas, which makes it popular with first time villa buyers.
