Living in Dubailand

Dubailand is a large district in the south east of Dubai, between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road. Rather than one community, it is a group of neighbourhoods, theme parks and attractions, including Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure.

For residents, the best known neighbourhoods are Villanova and Serena, both by Dubai Properties. Villanova offers townhouses and villas in Mediterranean style clusters such as La Rosa, Amaranta and La Quinta, while Serena has smaller and more affordable townhouses. Areas like Majan and Liwan add apartment buildings at lower prices.

Property types

Two to five bedroom townhouses and villas in Villanova and Serena, plus apartments in Majan, Liwan and other parts of Dubailand. New clusters are still being launched.
